The Event will consist of three (3) areas:

Teams of up to four (4) individuals will compete, cooking their chili entry onsite (outside) during the time limit, using regulation ingredients. The Team entry fee will be $40.00. The number of teams will be limited by the available parking lot (66 max). Teams will compete rain or shine and will cook on site. Awards for chili teams will be presented at the end of the event. Judges will be local area officials(mayor, police chief, Fire Dept, etc.)

2: The Auction (1pm-4pm): Donations of items will be solicited to be place on both a silent auction and a small live auction. This will be a Christian event, no items of an illicit nature, alcoholic nature will be allowed in the auction. Handicrafts, and purchased new items, and donated new items are all allowed. High value or items or specifically requested items will possibly be placed on a small live auction. All auction payments must be made through the church. Receipt in kind will be provided for the valuation of the items.
