Overlapping and sharing of services with teams is the norm these days. So, these projects are also listed under the GAKAC umbrella. 1st UMC Outreach serves where the need shows up daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly!

Make It at the Market

Saturday, October 13, 2018 is the FUMC morning to Make It At the Market (Ennis Farmer's Market)

We will need to be there from 10-12 to help kiddos with a craft project that will be provided by the Farmer's Market.

Please let me know if you would like to help.  If you have kiddos that need Community Service Hours for a club/organization this would be a perfect opportunity to earn a couple of hours!!

Hunger Doesn't take a Spring Break

Spring break can take a toll on families with students who rely on free or reduced priced meals during the school year. For many of these children, school breakfast and lunch are their primary source of nutrition for the day. A time off from school means time off from regular meals.
