Children's Sunday School

Children Sunday school starts at the nursery level - birth to age 3.  It is located in our nursery and staffed by Cindy Cavendar.  She nurtures our young ones through play, love, song, and Bible stories.

Pre-K/Kindergarten is located upstairs and is taught by Jennifer Nelson using a curriculum that teaches Bible stories through storytelling, activities, arts and crafts, and song.

1st - 4th grade is located upstairs and is taught by a rotation of helpers utilizing a  a series called Deep Blue KIds they travel the world discussing mission work in various countries.

The children had a discussion on talking to Jesus.

What would you ask Jesus if you had an opportunity to talk to him?

Assisting the children is Tommy James.

The first through fourth graders discuss feeding people who do not have food to eat.

Susan James is leading the children.

Children take turns reading from the Bible lesson about the two fish and the five loaves.

The children discuss chores at home.

How do you take care of your animals at home and chores?

5th - 6th grade is taught by Dana Collins utilizing a curriculum called Grapple.  It helps pre-teens think through topics biblically that they are currently struggling with at their age level.
